What is it?

We’re sure you can tell us, with your experience so far, better than what we recruiters can tell you, but AV at GroupM is really about creating best in class strategies with the variety of AV solutions considered and utilised.  You will be supporting the day-to-day investment process for your clients alongside the media planning teams, championing broadcaster content, Cinema, addressable TV, display video, TrueView and social video.


What we need from you

For individual contributors, we need you to have experience in TV buying, along with exposure in planning and giving your knowledge across other AV channels such as Online Video, Addressable TV, OOH TV, Cinema and Radio. You’ll always be one step ahead in terms of what is now and what is next, and probably have a ton of examples of campaigns you’ve seen or been part of, which really have revolutionized the way this medium is used.

For management roles, we require this to be complemented with a passion for coaching and training other team members to develop their skills, grow their careers, and foster a culture of curiosity across the organization to the possibilities of AV.

At leadership level, we need people who have seen how AV has evolved, and have been hands on in delivering best in class solutions before, either in house or at another agency.  We want you to take ownership of senior relationships, ensuring our people are the first to know of any changes or new opportunities, so we can relay these to our clients, and bring market firsts, positioning us as a leader in the market.
