We design and manage data-driven and creative influencer campaigns that connect brands with their target audiences authentically and effectively. We are looking for a passionate and experienced "Senior Executive, Influencer Marketing" to join our rapidly growing team!
Position Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative influencer marketing strategies for leading brands and ensuring their flawless execution. As an active part of processes such as campaign management, influencer relations, performance analysis, and reporting, you will contribute to achieving our brands' objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify, contact, negotiate with, and manage relationships with the right influencers for campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign processes (brief creation, content tracking, approval processes, publishing).
  • Effectively manage and optimize campaign budgets.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Closely follow industry trends, new platforms, and innovations in the influencer marketing field.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Work in coordination with other internal departments (strategy, creative, media, etc.).
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, either agency or brand-side.
  • A strong network of influencers and proven experience in managing influencer relationships.
  • Experience working with brands from various sectors.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) and their dynamics.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing campaign management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented work capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Team player and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, etc.).
  • Experience in content creation or management.
  • Experience working on global or regional influencer campaigns.
