Role Summary and Impact
The Google E-Commerce Specialist is a key member of our Paid Media team, responsible for driving high-performance Google Ads campaigns across e-commerce-focused clients. This role leads the end-to-end execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Demand Gen etc to achieve business results that matter.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Own the implementation and optimization of full-funnel Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, and YouTube).
Apply advanced knowledge of Google Ads formats, features, and targeting capabilities to maximize campaign performance.
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize towards KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth.
Translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights and optimization strategies.
Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reports across all campaigns, platforms, and performance metrics.
Manage media budgets with precision and ensure all campaigns align with internal benchmarks and client goals.
Collaborate with Google reps to stay ahead of beta features, platform updates, and optimization opportunities.
Conduct ongoing keyword, audience, and competitive research to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
Client Management & Internal Collaboration
Build strong relationships with clients by delivering consistent value, insights, and results.
Represent paid media performance clearly in client-facing calls and reports.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align campaign activity with broader media and business strategy.
Ensure all campaigns are compliant with service level agreements and client expectations.
Learning & Innovation
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices—especially as they relate to e-commerce.
Apply a strong understanding of brand safety, platform policies, and ad verification standards.
Share knowledge across the team and contribute to innovation within the media practice.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, with a strong focus on e-commerce campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage, analyze, and optimize high-budget Google Shopping and PMax campaigns.
- Deep understanding of campaign strategy, bid strategies, attribution, and performance analysis.
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.) are required.
- Google Analytics certification preferred.
- Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and e-commerce funnels.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
- Working knowledge of SEO, HTML, and UX principles is a plus.
