You will collaborate with other data scientists as well as the members of the Choreograph’s Audience Origin and Fusion as a Service (FaaS) team to help improve and enrich data and additional offerings.  The main goal for this role is to develop and scale out GDT’s data services and products, which covers data ascription, augmentation and fusion.  


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of data scientists working on data ascription, augmentation, and fusion
  • Developing data pre-processing and pipeline automation for FaaS products
  • Support transforming data science prototypes applying appropriate ML algorithms and tools
  • Work closely with data science frameworks and engineering teams to ensure best data science and product development practices 

Qualifications

  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and management
  • Programming proficiency in Python
  • Extensive experience in writing production ready code
  • Good knowledge of main ML algorithms
  • Experience analysing large volumes of data
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong statistical knowledge, as well as interest in applying them to complex problems
  • A flexible analytic approach that allows for results at varying levels of precision
  • Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
