Role Context:

Working collaboratively with the account director as well as several other internal stakeholders, you’ll support the delivery of planning, buying and optimizations across multiple digital platforms with emphasis on brand activations. 

You’ll be working across our clients providing a varied experience. Key account of focus will be a Swiss Private bank that’s looking to deliver change through investing in sustainable finance.

The role offers a strong opportunity to innovate and build expertise across a wide range of digital channels, with the clients open to testing and learning from new platforms, audiences and tactics.


About you:

  • Strong experience within digital activation, with demonstrable experience, preferably within an agency.
  • Experience managing a team whilst activating pan-regional campaigns
  • A drive to learn and build knowledge in a variety of digital media channels
  • Must be a confident presenter.
  • Experience in managing employees is advantageous: setting objectives, task prioritisation, motivation, and development
  • Fundamental understanding of the workings of other brand channels such as programmatic and digital display would be advantageous. 
  • A pro-active attitude to learn new things and be positive about taking on new challenges


About the role:

  • Assisting the Account Director in setting the strategic approach for campaign briefs and media planning
  • Leading campaign activation and optimisation across a variety of digital channels including paid social, display and digital partnerships
  • Oversight of always-on paid social campaign activation, working with the account execs in the team to identify key performance insights and building client recommendations
  • Overseeing the management, reporting and optimisation of campaign activity alongside the Account Exec and Analytics team
  • Management of two direct reports (Account Exec), ensuring they are developing and taking ownership of key campaign deliverables such as optimization, reporting and finance process.
  • Support on the day to day QA process across all media activation, minimizing errors and ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to process
  • Support on delivery of client reporting of media performance, ensuring timely, insightful, performance focused analysis and actionable insights
  • Direct client servicing exposure with regular contact via weekly calls, campaign briefings and on-going email communication
  • Identifying client challenges and providing prompt feedback to the line manager to develop new approaches to continually improve campaign performance
  • Identify testing relevant testing opportunities within key social platforms and building these into client responses
  • Contribute to materials required for regular internal and client meetings
  • Ensuring financial process is adhered to and budgets are managed effectively across campaigns
  • Responsible for managing input of plans to campaign management/finance tool and assisting with monthly financial reconciliations alongside the account exec
