In this role, you will be assisting the wider team in running campaigns for a B2B software as a service (SaaS) provider. As an Account Executive in the client media team, you will work across media campaigns and strategies for Direct Partners running Display and Content Syndication, supporting the senior team members in delivering solutions to client’s business challenges

Your Experience

  • A passion to work in the online/digital marketplace
  • An understanding of marketing, branding, and advertising
  • Attention to detail is vital
  • Must be quick to learn, resourceful and demonstrate a desire to be ahead of the curve
  • Demonstrate time management skills (prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines)
  • A ‘people person’ who can form strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills – ability to analyse and identify trends and patterns in performance data
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude, a desire to grow and ambition to achieve are key.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Previous experience in advertising industry is desirable, but not essential.


As an Account Executive in the client media team, you will work across media campaigns and strategies for Direct Partners running Display and Content Syndication, supporting the senior team members in delivering solutions to client’s business challenges.

On a day-to-day basis you will deliver digital marketing campaigns on time and to budget; liaise with media owners; produce campaign reports; brainstorm media ideas; manage the development of media projects and partnerships; optimize to continually improve results and strengthen your knowledge of the media landscape.

  • Develop positive client and media owner relationships
  • Manage the delivery of projects enthusiastically and efficiently in collaboration with the rest of the Account Management and Planning team, ensuring all elements of projects are delivered on time and budget
  • Book media activity and traffic ads ensuring all activity is trackable
  • Managing client reporting, analysis and recommendations to improve activity in line with client objectives
  • Participate in optimisation discussions with partners, learning to negotiate and edit media plans accordingly
  • Assure day to day financial management of projects and required team administration
  • Managing bookings on agency system PRISMA and reconciling
  • Coordinating and working closely with other team specialists, gaining insight around their activities and how the different strands overlay across a wider campaign.
