Xaxis is seeking a Global Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced team in London. We hope you will play a pivotal role by working directly with the Global Product Marketing Director, as well as marketing, solutions, and business development teams around the world to develop and distribute the story of our advanced programmatic solutions and services.

As Global Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role on the team responsible for telling Xaxis solutions stories. You will develop internal and external-facing collateral as well as sales enablement materials and programs that support business growth. You will work with global, regional, and local teams to disseminate product marketing output that creates a consistent and compelling story for our clients around the world.

You're highly motivated and entrepreneurial, possess strong organisational skills, a deep knowledge of digital and programmatic media, a strong ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse groups of people, and can independently identify ways to make a valuable contribution, as well as enjoy the thrill and challenge of an ever-evolving industry.



  • Support global pitches with client-centric, tailored packaging of our solutions
  • Work closely with global and regional solution teams to continuously evolve our solutions offering
  • Develop global positioning, messaging and sales narrative for our solutions
  • Produce sales collateral that articulate our solutions’ capabilities and value in a compelling way that support business development
  • Create effective sales enablement materials that help to drive the adoption of our solutions globally
  • Manage the entire case study development, housing and distribution process
  • Manage industry research & insights subscriptions, collation and sharing with the company
  • Plan and execute new feature & solution roll outs
  • Manage our knowledge base and regular communication to help drive the adoption and knowledge of our capabilities and value propositions
  • Partner with global solutions team to support solution development, market and competitive research



  • 5+ plus years of meaningful experience in ad tech, programmatic media or digital agency businesses, with some proven experience of product marketing responsibilities and output
  • Good knowledge of programmatic advertising products and providers 
  • Strong communication skills, effectively translating complex ideas into easy-to-understand value propositions and narratives
  • Commercially minded, action-oriented and have strong organizational skills to be able to manage projects and expectations cross-functionally to deliver results
  • The ability to maintain a high level of productivity while handling multiple priorities
  • Can operate effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong writing and multi-media design skills
  • Have strong analytical capabilities – being able to identify and interpret information and provide clear recommendations
  • Proven ability to work positively and collaborate in cross functional projects (preferably experience of working across global markets), being able to listen and process information from others and incorporate feedback
