Who are you?

The ideal candidate has strong experience in selling and delivering growth advisory services and solutions to multinational client organizations and a proven track-record in building strong, senior business relationships, either within a client organisation or consultancy firm. You should demonstrate a deep understanding and interest of the clients’ business challenges and the (digital) transformation of their industry.

Broad scope of expertise

Subject matter expert on growth strategies and tactics, including:

  • Reveal untapped growth markets
  • Grow existing markets through dynamic resource allocation
  • Pilot and scale new business models and propositions
  • Personalization of customer experiences at scale
  • Connect experiences across the omnichannel journey
  • Develop direct to consumer relationships
  • Building a customer centric organization
  • Simplify tech and data stack for long-term agility
  • Optimize balance between in-house and outsource


  • 10+ years of experience in selling and delivering growth advisory services and solutions to multinational client organizations, including:
    • Build strategic relationships with senior client leaders
    • Guide and shape the thoughts of clients in identifying their needs
    • Develop and close growth advisory business deals
    • Challenge and enhance delivery results based on experience and best practices
    • Monitor staff's ongoing development, actively lead learning activities, mentor young talent
    • Sell >1M revenue of growth advisory business per year
  • Optimistic: brings a passion and energy to clients and teams that inspires people to go beyond the ordinary
