The Role Objective

Planning (scheduling), implementation, monitoring and reporting of advertisement space within TV, radio and print media, to maximize the impact of clients’ campaigns and to ensure that campaigns KPI’s are delivered.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with the team for the day-to-day running of the account, ensuring that tasks are completed on time
  • Completes plans and projects on behalf of clients
  • Participates in buying brief meetings with internal groups
  • Assists with and oversee all media administrative duties including campaign set-up, maintenance and issue accurate client financial reports, with a high degree of accuracy
  • Regularly monitors the delivery of the campaigns KPIs, adjusting it on the way to deliver best results
  • Considers appropriate timings of media activities, based upon usage patterns and seasonal factors
  • Strives to obtain the best advertising rates that fit with the agreed media strategy
  • Create and optimize media plan (scheduling) and books the space or airtime once the campaign plan has been agreed with the client
  • Tactical buying per each campaign
  • Achieved plans & post buy reports monthly and quarterly
  • Special projects tracking
  • Close out reports together with comm’s planners and data management/analyst
  • Contract tracking value creation together with buying Lead
  • Uses company proprietary tool Easy Media to load schedules, monitor campaigns, keep track of KPIs, upload achieved campaign information and generally to record and upload any information regarding media, administrative and financial aspects of the client campaigns.
  • Presents alternative options to the media planner and client
  • Monitors, evaluates and updates clients on the effectiveness of campaign 

Education, skills and behaviours

  • Romanian speaker
  • 3+ years of experience on a similar role
  • Ideally Degree educated in a business, numerical or analytical degree e.g. economics, mathematics, statistics or engineering
  • Numerate and analytical
  • Very good communication skills
  • Excellent written & verbal English language skills/grammar
  • Demonstrable strong planning & buying skills and experience
  • Experience in implementation planning
  • Strong target orientation e.g. very results driven, ability to work effectively to targets
  • Strong supplier relationship management experience and proven ability in developing client stakeholder relationships
