We are seeking a Social Media Senior Executive who will be responsible for creation, day-to-day management, and delivery of those content plans & campaigns with a strong social element. You will be a main day-to-day contact fronting work to both clients & internal stakeholders.

The role within the social team requires a candidate who is actively engaged with developments in the social media arena, and with guidance from their manager, be able to confidently advise planners or clients on best practice use of emerging social platforms as well as specific new features within existing platforms, when they should be used, and be realistic about their limitations. 


Job Description:


  • Supporting the social media manager and head of social media to develop social strategy by compiling and analyzing client research, competitive data, and social platform information, and laddering-up the social program to the overarching communication goals.
  • Crafting recommendations regarding how the social platforms work together in the context of the broader communication strategy.
  • Copywrites for a breadth of brands across a variety of channels.
  • Identifies creative and content delivery requirements while responding to risks and opportunities.
  • Understands influencers and influencer networks.
  • Creatively supports the effective use of technology to solve business problems.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for content work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors.
  • Researching emerging social platforms and getting familiar with them to support client recommendations, while remaining abreast of critical industry and platform changes.
  • Prioritizing industry trends and requirements for the broader team and clients.
  • Responsible for clearly communicating social program recommendations and ideas to client teams.
  • Working with Client teams to build and manage the social media deliverables, always-on calendars.
  • Leading and finalizing all reporting for clients.
  • Overseeing the social community management process, and supporting when needed.




  • At least 2-3 years of related social media content planning experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Possess and demonstrate excellent understanding of social and media fundamentals.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency with systems/tools.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work within a team, prioritizing and organizing multiple assignments for both self and team direct reports.
  • Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exude an energy level that brings new and exciting ideas to the social function.
  • Exhibit commitment through appropriate participation in team, agency, and industry initiatives.
  • Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their business.
  • Digitally savvy, with specific proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
