The Role Objective

 

GroupM Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Recruitment Systems Manager to work closely with the Talent Delivery Partner to ensure the ongoing maintenance, improvements and management of in-life changes to the ATS, in order to support the recruitment team priorities and cyclical activities. We are constantly looking at ways we can improve the ATS and how the system is used for reporting and day to day activities.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • System administration of Applied, Jobvite and lead on future tech implementations and user adoption projects
  • Working collaboratively with Talent Delivery Partner and Technology to manage changes for in-life activities and project related deployments (e.g. quarterly system updates
  • Management of key 3rd party vendor stakeholders sharing knowledge and ensuring issue resolution including co-ordination of testing activities to support the successful delivery issue fixes
  • Accountable for reviewing and approving test strategies and test plans, providing sign-off for business testing
  • Accountable for approving deployment plans, managing the business impacts of critical issues/risks and specifically providing go/no-go deployment decisions
  • Review and improvements of message template maintenance, workflow configuration including pre-screening and disqualification questions
  • Working with Talent Business Partners on regular reporting templates and adhoc reporting requests that flow from the ATS.
     

 

Skills and Behaviours

 

Desirable

  • Working experience of supporting Jobvite and/or other Leading applicant tracking recruitment technology in a large organisation.
  • Super user responsibilities (message template maintenance, workflow configuration including pre-screening and disqualification questions)
  • Experience of supporting both volume recruitment campaigns (Graduate/Apprentice) and professional recruitment
  • Working in a large-scale global organisation, with complex matrix team working and diverse stakeholders

 

Essential

  • Experience of supporting applicant tracking systems (ATS) 
  • Experience of creating test plans/scenarios and execution of UAT/ORT testing, providing operational readiness sign-off
  • Intermediate / advance level of Excel
  • Organized with good attention to detail
  • Quick to learn and adaptable to changing work allocation and able to prioritise workload to meet challenging deadlines
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
  • Strong communication & relationship building skills
  • Enthusiastic with a can do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
