About the role:

At Acceleration, we are looking for a Data Analyst Lead to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for leading and developing a data analyst team.

You will be responsible for organizing and driving the successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of data analysts and employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

You will also participate in the definition of new services and products.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting

· Train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees.

· Launch and management of Digital Analytics projects (GA4, Adobe Analytics)

· Launch and management of visualization projects

· Build systems to transform data into actionable business insights

· Present analysis conclusions to business teams.

· Help the client towards a data-driven culture to improve their strategies.

· Support in new business processes


Skills we are looking for

· Excellent organizational capabilities, presentation of ideas, oral and interpersonal communication skills, and great attention to detail.

· Ability to learn fast in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives / tasks in parallel, as well as changing priorities

· Ability to work with Martec tech stack and suppliers

· Awareness of industry best practices in data visualization

· Familiar with privacy, regulations and impacts

· Familiar with cookieless and impacts

· Keep abreast of industry best practices and policies

Role Requirements

· > 4 years strong background on Digital Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

· Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities

· Solid experience in data analysis and reporting

· Knowledge of visualization tools like Data Studio, Power Bi or Looker

· Background in project management

· Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery

· Medium / high level of English

Nice to have

· Experience leading teams

· Knowledge of the open cloud ecosystem

· Knowledge of Python

· Previous experience working in consulting
