SEM&Social Strategist
Description
What will your daily responsibilites be?
- Build a strong relationship with clients, to become a trusted strategic partner
- Preparation and presentation of campaign strategies in the area of specialization for clients
- leadership of social and sem part of new business projects at each stage of the offer
- Lead internal and client status meetings (together with account directors/leads), working closely with multiple clients and agencies
- Lead the development, sell-in and deliver the planning work on agreed projects
- Manage, and delegate effectively to, the junior members of the team
- Taking care of a high level and constant development of knowledge in the agency in the area of specialization.
- Supervise the quality social/sem buying in Mindshare
- Conducting training in the field of specialization, both internal and external (for clients)
About you:
- Previous experience in a digital/media role
- Ability to understand various digital channels and platforms - such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager, excellence in PPC campaigns
- Fluent English (we’d like you to have both written and spoken fluency, which is B2+ level)
- Data & Content literate, able to problem solve and solutions focused mind-set
- Strong sense of initiative, curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset
- A passion to learn and for innovation and ensuring our clients are leading the way
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects using strong organisational skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
