Position Overview

Finecast is looking for an experienced Account Manager to help develop strategic relationships within GroupM media agencies. You will be a thought leader and strategic thinker, helping to evangelize Finecast solutions amongst your peers within agencies. You will be responsible for developing deep relationships with advertisers and agencies to ensure optimal adoption of all product features.
You will collaborate with a group of quick-witted coworkers and clients who are all passionate about digital media. You will engage with our clients in professional and social settings, build relationships and define and implement products which make us indispensable to our clients. This is a high profile position with a wealth of opportunities for growth professionally and personally. Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships
  • Develop strong and effective media plans based on strategies
  • Participate in post-campaign analysis
  • Negotiate effective deals
  • Supervise insertion order process and ensure adherence to terms and conditions
  • Handle cancellations and re-allocations in a timely manner
  • Optimize campaigns based on direction from Campaign Management team
  • Maintain and report on weekly pipeline of proposals and bookings
  • Take part in group brainstorming sessions to bring great ideas to life

Experienced required

  • Proved account management experience
  • Knowledge and experience of the AV landscape – in particular VOD and Addressable TV
  • Demonstrated success in managing large client engagements
  • Ability to develop and maintain long standing and valuable relationships with agencies / clients
  • Strong understanding of AV media market, dynamics and competition
  • Experience in managing campaigns to meet KPIs
  • Proficient at sales pipeline admin and assigning probabilities to be used for revenue forecasting
  • Awareness of the application of data as a way to access brands’ audiences
  • Strategic thinker

  • Organized, proactive and ability to develop creative solutions
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Experience with Programmatic buying platforms and Ad serving technologies
  • Experience with third party ad tags, floodlight and reporting
  • Excel and Powerpoint skills
