Data Analyst Internship
Description
For Choreograph, the global data and technology business unit in GroupM, we are looking for a Data Analysis Intern.
Key Activities:
- Requirements Analysis Support: Assist in translating business needs into technical and analytical requirements.
- Research and Development (R&D) Support: Contribute to R&D efforts for developing analytical solutions and addressing technical challenges.
- Requirements Gathering and Project Scope Definition Support: Assist in gathering requirements and defining project scope, contributing to data analysis.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data needs and report findings.
- Project Management Support: Support project management to ensure timely and accurate delivery, assisting with communication on project status with team members.
- Data Modeling and Statistical Support: Apply data modeling and statistical principles to analyze datasets, supporting the generation of strategic insights.
About You:
- Analytical Skills: Understanding of analytical methods and interest in modeling and algorithms.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and/or other analytical tools. Willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Statistical Knowledge: Good analytical skills and basic statistical background.
- Data Management: Interest in managing and manipulating datasets.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
- Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Plus:
- Being curious about data
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Consumer Data Platforms or Data Management Platforms
- Knowledge of the media advertising ecosystem, especially TV advertising, with a basic understanding of ad inventory and monetization.
