We’re looking for smart, numbers-driven, and friendly individuals to join our growing team. This is an entry level Paid Search position which would over time evolve into Paid Search and Social role under guidance of some of the smartest people specialist and supported with our robust training program.


You don’t need to have deep understanding of media or advertising at this point. We’re looking for individuals who have the potential to be our performance media stars of the future; a good attitude, a real interest in advertising and digital, and experience studying or working in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging environment are the core requirements. A degree is preferable, but absolutely not a prerequisite for this role.

Working within Paid Search team predominantly, the successful candidate will spend most of their time managing Paid Search (PPC) initially with the goal to upskill to Paid Social overtime. They will be integral to achieving client goals by developing and optimizing paid search activities as part of integrated multi-channel campaigns.

Your Mindset

  • Analytically minded, with the ability to identify trends within data sets
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to communicate effectively, and work as part of a team
  • Experience using basic features of PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel (e.g. Creating and formatting presentations, sorting and filtering data, creating graphs and tables)
  • Any programming or coding knowledge would be beneficial, but not essential
  • A can-do attitude, a desire to grow and ambition to achieve are KEY

Your Experience

  • You can think about the numbers and are interested in data. You’ll be able to give some examples of where you’ve used large datasets.
  • You can explain your ideas effectively. You’re a good talker who can get people on-board with your ideas or make a strong reasoned argument where you disagree.
  • If you can speak a language additional to English, that’s a plus! We have 28 languages in our London office, and work with a lot of clients all over the world.


The kind of work you’ll be doing will vary day-to-day, but will include:

  • Complete daily performance checks to ensure campaigns are running effectively and within budget
  • Learn to identify and act upon budget optimizations requirements
  • Learn how Paid search campaigns are tracked and measured across different channels
  • Understand what your client’s key performance indicators (KPI) are and how to monitor these
  • Understand the role audiences play in Paid Search targeting and campaign optimization
  • Become confident in how to set up paid search campaigns, including structure, ad copy writing and keyword research.
  • Identify the optimization levers available to improve performance to meet your client’s KPIs.
  • Understand the approach to preparing a media plan in response to a client’s brief.
  • Deliver client reporting and analyse campaign results with a view to developing actionable insights.
  • Working with media owners such as Google, Bing and other key ad tech suppliers to receive support with paid search campaigns.
  • Complete the necessary specialist qualifications, e.g. Google Search Fundamentals and Advanced exams
  • Ensure exceptional finance management by accurately completing the Mindshare finance process for your clients, including booking and reconciling activity within deadline and address finance queries
