This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Paid Search & Social Account Manager to grow as part of the central team on one of the agency’s newest clients. Working alongside channel specialists for strategy, execution, and analytics, the chosen candidate will play an integral role in building innovative strategic work with the senior team.

In conjunction with the client lead you will measure the success of activity, and feed directly into cross-channel strategic work, whilst developing the account across B2B and B2C segments. You should have a strong understanding of paid search, how multi-market agencies operate, hands on experience with paid social, and excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders to drive the most forward-facing paid search and social account at Neo.

WHO ARE YOU?

 

YOU WANT TO PLAY A KEY ROLE IN BUILDING INNOVATIVE STRATEGIC WORK

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

The Account Manager will be responsible for paid search and social programmes for a major B2B and B2C client, across strategic planning and execution.

This includes:

                       Day to day contact with clients

                       Understand clients’ business objectives

                       Innovative strategic thinking on all client activity; to be one step ahead

                       Ensuring we are utilising the latest betas & innovation

                       Running both performance and where needed branding focused campaigns

                       Produce reports illustrating campaign performance

                       Recommend media partners and strategies to the client

                       Management of 2 account executives to ensure smooth running of day to day activities

                       Work with the wider Biddable team to develop and grow new starters

  • Other duties assigned as and when necessary by the account lead and channel leads including participation in new business development and pitches

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Demonstrable experience (2+ years) in managing large paid search accounts and hands on experience running social accounts
  • Fully proficient in optimising for performance
  • Experience with an audience first planning process.
  • Experience with retail clients
  • Understanding of how different paid search and social activities fit into the wider digital marketing mix, and how it impacts / is impacted by other channels
  • Fully confident in use of Excel, including pivot tables, reporting and analysis uses
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Resourceful, with proven problem-solving skills
  • Thrives under pressure
  • People person who can work with client and internal teams
  • Passion for online advertising technology

Preferable:

  • Experience in long term strategic planning
  • Experience transitioning or auditing large accounts
  • Experience running Store Visits campaigns
  • Solid understanding of standard Analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.
