Position at GroupM Nexus

GroupM is looking for a Programmatic Intern. The Intern will work directly within the Programmatic Team and will help senior members in all their daily tasks, including programmatic campaigns activation, optimization, reporting, supply management. 
He/She will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (sales, product, operation teams as well as media and tech providers/vendors) to execute programmatic campaigns as one team with a high focus on improving campaign results on KPIs. He/She will have the chance to develop a strong knowledge on programmatic-related ecosystem.
 
MAIN ACTIVITIES 
  • Campaign setup in DSP & external tools/platforms
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performances on KPIs
  • Develop effective audience-targeted plans in accordance with campaign objectives
  • Implement tests to evaluate impacts of specific features and tactics
  • Perform regular reviews of campaign’s status across revenue, KPIs, pacing
  • Reporting & Insights Analysis
  • Supply technical support 
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders
 
 
ABOUT YOU 
  • Self-motivated and accountable  
  • University Degree, preferably in Economics / Advertising / Marketing / Communication 
  • Thorough and meticulous, high attention to details 
  • Rigorous & comfortable with numbers and calculations 
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint  
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian 
  • Passionate about new media & digital  
LOCATION  
 Wpp Campus in Milan (plus the option for hybrid working)
