Location: Based in the heart of Spinningfields with fantastic transport links across the Northwest.

MediaCom North are looking for an experienced Programmatic Operations Manager. If you have a thorough understanding of the programmatic landscape, then this role could be a great fit for you! In this role you will be responsible over time for developing and managing the programmatic operations team, leading internally managed programmatic recommendations, campaign set up, optimisation, data analysis, and playing a key role in the programmatic strategy for our clients.
Initially you will be concentrating on managing current client activity through the GDN & You Tube through Google Ads, before moving onto developing an internal Programmatic function and team, which you will do alongside the Digital Investment Director. A key part of this role will also be working closely with internal stakeholders with Ad-Tech and Data strategy.

What we'd like to see from you:
• Proven work experience in Programmatic and the various subsidiaries, as a manager or similar operational role.
• Experience of working with multiple technology platforms, DSPs, DMPs, verification tools, viewability, analytics etc.
• A demonstrable track record in programmatic media strategy and recommendations, execution and optimisation
• Experience of growing and managing a team.
