Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Egypt
Reporting Line: Head of Talent MENA
GroupM is looking for a results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting our GroupM People & Talent team across the MENA Region. You will be responsible for accessing, gathering and nurturing key external candidate talent pipelines. This role will support all markets across the MENA region, establishing a level of expertise of the talent in these markets.
 Responsibilities of the role: 
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Head of Talent MENA to understand talent pipelining requirements and ensure they are kept up to date on progress and sourcing strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with other Talent Specialists and HRBP’s on resourcing requirements & projects.
  • Proactively source candidates for current and future roles through various channels, as deemed appropriate.
  • Build strong relationships and nurture with passive candidates who have relevant skills.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to understand role & profile requirements
  • Build talent pipelines across MENA for all positions across MENA
  • Demonstrate research and hunting skills online, over the phone or other channels to identify and attract the best talent in the markets you support
  • Develop and maintain network of target talent through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Screening candidates and preparing candidate shortlists within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Interview scheduling & coordination for key internal business stakeholders
  • Provide talent market and competitor insights and trends analysis; and
  • Leverage and master internal ATS and CRM systems, maintaining data integrity.
  • Contribute to EMEA TA projects as directed by the Head of Talent
  
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in active sourcing and researching for candidates on an international level; Passionate about searching for and engaging with talent
  • Previous experience of using an application tracking system (ATS) and external sourcing tools will be considered as an advantage.
  • Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, search engines and Boolean searching for sourcing talent
  • Clear communication & presentation skills.
  • Have an eye for detail and quality – always mindful of ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Able to work in a diverse and dynamic environment, adaptable and flexible in approach with dealing with stakeholders.
  • Analytical and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office applications.
