Wavemaker is looking for a Client manager.

The role

 

In the role of Client Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day contact with clients and you will drive their business and marketing campaigns to higher levels. Together with a number of specialists, you will ensure, the highest possible client satisfaction, while coordinating and following up on campaigns or business objectives.

You must have a genuine interest in understanding our clients’ business and what role marketing plays in driving their growth. As you have a curious and enthusiastic approach, you will contribute to developing effective and innovative solutions. You are quick-thinking and swiftly capture changes in the market that can benefit our clients, the team or our work processes.

 

Tasks

Client

  • Responsible for the day-to-day contact with the client and the work of your team
  • On some assignments, coordinate Nordic and international clients
  • Make recommendations on a wide range of subjects from annual strategy to tactical marketing campaigns
  • Ensure clients media plans are up to date and accurate

Team

  • Lead the specialists in your team to ensure that media plans are optimized and improve
  • Coordinate and follow up on campaigns

Finance

  • Be responsible for invoicing and ensure that this works accurately
  • Contribute to setting forecasts and budget processes
  • By understanding the clients’ business, identify opportunities where our services can help

Marketing & Sales

  • Help and / or be responsible for producing case studies on the campaigns we create

Role requirements

  • Documented experience in marketing and an understanding of how the full marketing mix works together.
  • University education in a relevant field, or a degree from eg. Berghs or IHM.
  • Experience of working within marketing and of coordinating media strategy and media purchasing is a plus.
