To deliver best-in class Global and HQ coordination across 60 markets around the world assisting the Global Deputy Lead in their Richemont Media Services missions and deliver a best in class market. Richemont owns several of the world's leading companies in the field of luxury goods, with particular strengths in jewellery, luxury watches and writing instruments. The brands, known as Maisons™ encompass several of the most prestigious names in the luxury industry including Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Piaget, Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, IWC Schaffhausen, Panerai, Shangahi Tang, Dunhill and Montblanc.

Client Servicing

- Quickly build knowledge of the client’s business and media objectives to guide the client in a fast evolving digital and luxury landscape with emerging paths to purchase channels and an evolving clientele - Day to day Richemont group client contact - Assist the Associate Director in the Commercial and strategic missions - Project Management of Two Global Media Summit a year and its roll-out in Top key markets for Richemont (China, US, Japan, France, Korea, Germany, UK…)

Product Delivery, People Management & Relationships

- Develop a Share and Reapply culture amongst the local markets to nurture them with best practices and set them up for success with their local client - As a Hub key contact point, support local markets in their day to day questions on Contract, Scope of work, Commercials Organise internal seminars with local markets and/ or internal workshops to enhance ways of working


- 4 to 6 years of experience in a media agency with an international background - Fluent English and French is mandatory - Another language is a plus - Must be international-minded, proactive, solution-driven, rigorous, detail-oriented, well-organized, reactive - Show at all time Curiosity, dynamism and enthusiasm  - Able to build a good client relation, build trust internally and externally - Ensure a flawless client service and show passion for the Client’s Business - Good team spirit, and able to work in a team and identify areas for continuous improvement - Experience in Management to manage a media executive - Travels may be required
