OVERVIEW:

You will work closely with the Programme Director and the People team to provide strategic direction and manage delivery for all People team related technology projects across GroupM, whilst ensuring the efficient operation of the People team systems. You will deliver solutions across the following People Team disciplines: 

  • Core HR
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Performance Management
  • Recruitment
  • Payroll
  • Learning Management.

 YOUR IMPACT: 

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and development for our ecosystem of People team tools, processes, and systems. Including HRIS implementation (Workday), LMS, ATS, Onboarding and Performance Management in partnership with key stakeholders and WPP
  • Ensure global, regional, and local HR technology projects are aligned with the global technology strategy
  • Lead the planning and execution of a global program of projects, ensuring alignment with our People Strategy. This includes partnering cross-functionally to deliver all projects.
  • Work with the Programme Director and People Team to ensure that the changes required within the business to prepare and adopt the technology projects are implemented
  • Responsible for the development of People team analytics and people dashboards as well as ensuring the integrity of all People team systems data
  • Proactively provide continuous needs analysis and business recommendations to drive changes in support of the People Strategy as our company grows and scales. Lead the implementation of all changes
  • Develop simple tools and optimize the use of technology while ensuring the effective synchronization of People Team systems and interface with other internal systems
  • Govern People team data, and conduct regular auditing of People team data to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Improve system efficiency and assist with change management efforts. Ensure all SOX and Internal Controls are met

 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Progressive experience with HRIS systems preferably in a global publicly traded highly matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing innovative processes and tools with the ability to deliver tools that are simple to use and amplify leaders
  • A team player with the ability to establish collaborative, cross-functional relationships. Creative and curious with a point of view.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills required and data modeling expertise
  • Demonstrates drive and desire with the ability to produce timely deliverables and lead multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems design, structure, data flows and processes
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or related degree; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and the ways global companies manage and share data to operate global HR processes/programs to meet business needs
  • Demonstrable HRIS vendor/partner management experience, including commercial and contract assessment, performance, and service monitoring
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods, supported by recognized certifications e.g. PMI
  • The ability to travel internationally.
