It’s not all work here - Mindshare hold social events for everyone including festive and summer parties and monthly get-togethers. In May 2018 Mindshare launched its first health and wellbeing event called Mindshare Balance Day. Every year we close the agency for a morning to host inspiring talks and activities around health and wellbeing.



















TJX is the leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer in the US and worldwide. Founded back in 1987 in the US, TJX then launched in UK & Ireland in 1995. The TJX European business has since expanded further to Germany, Poland, Austria and Netherlands, representing a c£4.5 billion business with TKMaxx as the lead brand + Homesense in UK & Ireland only. A hugely successful retail business enjoying 18 consecutive quarters of growth pre COVID and currently focussed on maintaining instore success along with fulfilling optimum growth potential across


This TJX Client Director role is UK based, but working as part of the Mindshare EU Hub team across all 6 TJX European markets. Primary focus will be to lead our digital growth and transformation ambition in order to help TJX expand .com growth both in the UK and eventually across other markets. This candidate will be a senior member of the 10 strong Hub team, also supporting the EU Hub Mindshare Client Partner across all aspects of the business (beyond digital expansion).


This role also offers the opportunity for this candidate to lead the client relationship on clients in other categories including, Tourism New Zealand and Zespri. The split will be 50% TJX / 50% Booking/TNZ/Zespri.


We are looking for candidates with strong leadership qualities, experience across all media and (preferrable, but not essential) experience of operating across multiple markets. We are interested in candidates with a proven digital background as this is a key criteria for the TJX EU Hub role.





Be the Mindshare digital Client Lead across TJX Europe

Build strong relationships with the TJX Ecommerce and Online Conversion teams + TJX Europe Marketing team Leading our Mindshare teams on cross market partnerships for TJX

Embrace learnings and initiatives through regular dialogue with our US team (where we also have the TJX business) Leading all discussions with senior Ebiquity and MOAT partners

Supporting Mindshare TJX Client Partner with TJX Europe senior stakeholder initiatives

Responsible for driving strong integration with Ogilvy, W+K and Hogarth as our key TJX partner agencies Responsible for bringing future facing products, developments and innovation to the broader TJX team .

Responsible for development and delivery of business plans for, TNZ and Zespri to help maintain and develop highly efficient and effective client/agency working relationships
