Role: Digital PR Account Manager                                    Department/Team: Content & SEO

 

Role Objective

 

An exciting opportunity to join our fabulous Digital PR team, where you can play an influential role in shaping and improving our offering. We’re looking for a manager who will take a key role in managing success for key clients including Legal & General, HSBC and Warburtons.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in Content Marketing and/or Digital PR, who gets excited about creating content that drives engagement. It’s an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who will be responsible for making important creative and strategic decisions across our accounts.

You’ll work closely with the Content Marketing Director and Head of Content and will be encouraged to innovate and put your own stamp on things.

You’ll also have the access and visibility of work across other channels, where you can take advantage of everything our marketing and media network has to offer.

 

About the role

 

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Plan and own the digital PR strategy for our key clients – from conception to execution.
  • Comfortably communicate and manage client relationships across a range of different sectors
  • Lead the ideation process and work alongside our brilliant Digital PR team to deliver industry-leading, award-winning outreach campaigns
  • Work with our onsite SEO specialists to identify opportunities for our team
  • Manage and lead our internal content and design teams to turn ideas into live campaigns
  • Take ownership for our campaign strategies and play a pivotal role in securing results
  • Lead our offering outside of campaigns and continuously work to identify link building opportunities
  • Manage the outreach and distribution process end to end with support from your executives
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting updates
  • Lead and support your direct reports in upskilling and career progression
  • Identify opportunities for growth and upselling across your clients

About you

  • You have solid experience in a content marketing or Digital PR role either in an agency or inhouse
  • You’re really comfortable liaising with clients and colleagues
  • You have proven and demonstrable results launching content marketing campaigns and securing all-important coverage and links
  • Proven credibility with established relationship building skills
  • You’ve had experience managing a direct report
  • You understand how Digital PR works alongside a wider SEO strategy
  • You’re enthusiastic about the thriving digital PR industry right now and keen to keep on top of trends and industry news
