The Role
As the agency expands its digital activation offering, the Performance Activation Executive will play a crucial role in implementing the day-to-day tasks, set out by your Activation Manager, to ensure success of campaigns across your client portfolio. This role will complete activation tasks across all major platforms in channels including Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search and Retail Media.
This role requires strong setup, execution and optimisation understanding of a wide range of platforms. The Performance Activation Executive will effectively and efficiently activate against their own activation tasks, while also demonstrating teamwork through helping others. They will be a driving force in building a high-performing AI-driven Performance Activation team that consistently delivers exceptional results.
Individuals in this role possess activation experience across at least one digital channel. You must show a willingness to expand this knowledge to other digital channels. This role requires strong attention to detail, workload management, communication skills, teamwork and a Performance Mindset.
Liaising with other Performance Activation Executives, there is an expectation of participating in peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and upskilling.
Your contributions will directly impact our Digital offering and support our mission in building the industries most innovative, AI-driven Performance Practice. Key Responsibilities
● Responsible for execution and implementation of best-in-class, full funnel digital activation tasks, in an accurate, time efficient manner.
● Responsible for following and executing cross-channel Digital processes across your client portfolio.
● Responsible for analysing data, pulling together optimisation suggestions and implementing accurately and effectively - to improve account performance in line with business objectives.
● Responsible for actively showing a Performance Mindset culture in putting forward optimisation recommendations with the goal of surpassing our client’s business objectives.
● Responsible that “no person is left behind” with workload across the Performance Activation Executive level.
● Responsible for data, insights and learnings to all campaign analysis and reports are delivered to the highest quality.
● Understanding of the different proprietary and third-party tools used across digital media i.e. execution, tracking, optimisation, management and analytics.
● Responsible for the management of your own workload, ensuring tasks are completed to a high level and in a timely manner.
● Responsible for making time for their own development of all full-funnel digital activation certifications, Beta’s, best practices and industry changes.
● Responsible for financial accuracy through the planning & buying process with on time delivery.
Skills and Experience
● Experience of setting up and activating campaigns across a digital channel. Willingness to learn to activate on platforms across other channels such as Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic and Retail Media.
● Ensure certifications across all activation platforms are completed and up-to-date.
