Programmatic Specialist
Description
We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist to manage the daily operations of our client accounts. This is a pivotal role within our team, where you will be entrusted with the budgeting, optimization, and reporting of campaigns for some of Sweden’s most exciting brands to work with.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their skills in programmatic buying as well as communicating channel results and the business impact to clients, and who understands the importance of their channel within the wider marketing strategy. Staying on top of industry trends and best practices, you will become the person for insights that could influence our client's strategies.
As a Specialist, you will have the support and guidance from our senior team members and work closely with Senior Specialists and Strategists to manage the daily operations of accounts, including budgeting, optimization, and reporting. Your role will involve directly managing small and midsized client accounts, while also providing support on higher-tier accounts with the guidance of more senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the day-to-day management of programmatic delivery for small to mid-sized clients, including recommendations, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.
- Support senior team members on larger client accounts and seek continuous feedback on the quality of work delivered, aligning with our Ways of Working and best practices.
- Contribute to the operational success and growth of your accounts, ensuring client profitability and awareness of profit/loss.
- Gain a deep understanding of client business objectives and their industry landscape to contribute to their achievement.
- Innovate and develop recommendations to improve efficiencies or add value for the client, identifying opportunities beyond the current scope.
- Become a Superuser of a third-party platform or format, laying the groundwork for advancement to a senior role.
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in programmatic buying.
- A data-driven and business-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback from senior team members.
What We Offer:
In addition to the obvious, such as good work/life balance, exceptional colleagues, and exciting challenges, there are several other factors that contribute to making this a particularly excellent place to work:
- Your ideas and input matter. Take an active role in shaping your day-to-day work and contributing to our success.
- Experience a supportive, family-like atmosphere with strong connections between employees and management.
- Benefit from a 3,000 SEK yearly health allowance and a range of employee benefits through Benify.
- Competitive pension terms and private pension advice through our partner Nordea.
- Company health care through Feelgood and additional health insurance through Euro Accident
- Enjoy a 37.5-hour workweek year-round, with an additional hour off each day during the summer to recharge.
- From conferences and kick-offs to team events, we make sure to celebrate wins and have fun together.
- While we embrace flexibility, we also value the magic that happens when we’re together. Spending at least three days a week in our centrally located Stockholm or Gothenburg office allows us to collaborate, spark creativity, and connect as a team.
