As part of the international structure, we develop opportunities for specialists within: GroupM Offshore Hub Poland supports and manages global Search, Social, and Programmatic campaigns, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients worldwide.

Join us as:

Senior Programmatic Specialist

You will be responsible for:

• Effective interaction with regional teams (Europe, U.S.)
• Ensuring compliance with GroupM guidelines
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign checks across channels/platforms
• Ensuring data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and GroupM campaign management software
• Producing daily campaign reports, including pacing and data inputting
• Providing commentary to regional Media Activation teams
• Supporting QA work of junior team members as the team grows

If you are:

• Fluent in English
• 3+ years of experience in planning and managing programmatic campaigns (DV360 or other platforms)
• Strong analytics skills and affinity for numbers
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations
• Adaptable and flexible to meet changing goals and priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong communication skills
• Eager to work directly from Poland
