For the team in Belgrade, we are looking for the Offline Media Planner!

 

The Role Objective

Provides advertising space in offline programs to maximize the impact of client’s campaigns and ensures the delivery of campaign objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the account management team daily, making sure tasks are completed on time
  • Complete plans and projects on behalf of a client
  • Assists and oversees all media administrative tasks, including campaign setup, maintenance, and issues client’s financial reports with a high degree of accuracy
  • Reserve space or delivery time after the campaign plan has been agreed upon with the client
  • Monitors the effectiveness of the campaign, adjusting it to deliver the best results
  • Establishes and maintains contacts with media owners, ensuring that statistics, traffic, and viewing figures are kept up to date
  • Considers the appropriate moments of media activities, based on usage patterns and seasonal factors
  • Correct and verify content before launching the campaign
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign
  • Get the best advertising rates that match the agreed media strategy
  • Performs tactical buying for each campaign
  • Makes monthly and quarterly post-acquisition plans and reports
  • Follow special projects
  • Closes reports together with communication planners and performs data analysis and management
  • Presents alternative options to the client
  • Monitors and updates clients on the effectiveness of campaigns.

 

What you will need:

 

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in media planning (Media Agency); high skills in TV planning.  Experience in digital planning will be considered a plus
  • Experience with industry tools/databases (Nielsen Arianna- proficiency required/ TGI, Ipsos Media Puls)
  • Ideally, Degree educated in a business, numerical or analytical degree e.g. economics, mathematics, statistics, or engineering
  • Excellent written & verbal English language skills/grammar.
  • Excellent MS Office tools skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Accuracy, precision, attention to details
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Independent and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactivity
