A regional centre of excellence is being established to build and maintain best practices in media operations and to support the markets in delivering transformation consistently across business and technology.
The centre of excellence will be made up of programme management, change management, process ownership, business analysis and solution ownership.
The roles are spread across the region and markets forming a programme that works as one team to meet common objectives.
- Reports into the Process Excellence Lead
- Responsible for the design and governance of end-to-end non-biddable media processes.
- Engage key business stakeholders to drive sponsorship of common processes.
- Define business performance targets and KPIs.
- Actively pursue qualitative and quantitative improvements to business process operations.
- Define operational reporting requirements and data design.
- Define regional process policies/procedures/controls and support markets in local deployment.
- Establish framework to govern processes design across run and change initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of business processes.
- Maintain process alignment with the APAC region and the EMEA markets.
- Drive process standardisation in the markets and support localisations when required.
- Facilitate the delivery of target operating models and the set up of in-market process teams and shared services.
- Lead process education initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise for functional leads in market.
- Provide direction to business analysts.
- Establish a process expert network across EMEA and drive collaboration and best practice sharing.
|Essential experience required|
- 8+ years experience in media operations.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end campaign management processes including planning, buying, tracking, reporting for non-biddable media (traditional TV, radio, print, outdoor, online video, digital display).
- Solid grounding of experience in ad operations is essential.
- Demonstrable experience in process design / optimisation for a multi-national business.
- Experience in transformative change programs with a good understanding of the role that process design plays in technology and operational change.
- Deep knowledge of Ad Serving technology.
- Experience in supporting technology change and driving process automation.
- Performance orientated with experience in process optimisation and measurement.
- Accomplished presenter and facilitator of process workshops.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deal with different nationalities, cultural backgrounds and conventions in EMEA.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sufficient seniority, credibility and gravitas to influence c level stakeholders
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile is preferred.
- Customer and quality orientated.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
