Creative Futures is a different kind of creative team. We work in unison with our media teams combining creative, data, technology and paid media to make work that connects with culture - executing on every channel through advertising campaigns and brand partnerships.
In the UK, we are a team of 45 strategists, creatives, designers, developers, video editors, producers and partnership specialists.

​​About the role
We are seeking a driven Creative to join the creative team in London, reporting to the Creative Director. You’ll join a talented wider team (working with designers, video, producers, content and partnerships) who share a real passion for advertising. Working with some of the world’s leading brands (Google, YouTube, The Financial Times, BT, L’Oreal), you’ll be responsible for concepting and developing campaigns with the highest attention to detail.
Creative Futures represents a rapidly growing function within the EMX offering and every member is integral to helping us achieve our goal to be a best in class, one stop shop for our clients’ bespoke creative and content solutions.
As a Creative, you’ll be able to develop breakthrough ideas across multiple clients and projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • We’re looking for someone who is passionate about finding new ways to inspire audiences with creative ideas. You should be as aware of the partnerships and content/creator landscape as you are of traditional ad campaigns
  • You’ll get stuck into the process of brief/proactive responses, leading brainstorms and deck development across campaigns, content, and partnerships
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines
  • Play a key role in production, including overseeing other’s work
  • Be a deck whizz and present work confidently to clients
What you need:
  • Min. 3 years experience in a similar role at agencies
  • A copywriting lean
  • Strategic mindset to creative thinking
  • Ability to ideate big budget 360 campaign ideas as well as small tactical one offs
  • High attention to visual and copywriting details
  • Limitless creative energy with the ambition to create work that makes you proud
  • Proactive thinker, confident to share your thoughts and ideas
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure within a fast-paced environment
  • Organised and structured in the way that you work, with experience collaborating with multiple teams/disciplines to create tight pitches and meet deadlines
  • A flexible attitude with the ability to apply your thinking to any brief
  • Experience working with a wide range of channels and clients and a portfolio to show it (including digital advertising campaigns, social platforms, smart digital activations, storytelling and IRL experiences)
  • Ability to champion the value of digital and creative thinking to stakeholders at all levels
  • An understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the industry
  • Willingness to take risks and push creative boundaries
