We’re looking for a digital leader to help us scale our media and commerce capability rapidly over the next few years. You should have a strong paid media background, excellent communication and presentation skills and a curious and analytical mindset, whilst being comfortable leading and championing a large team of performance experts.

  • You have a deep knowledge of paid media platforms, having worked with – or been part of - hands on teams across paid search, ecommerce, paid social and programmatic. You can talk about what’s changing in those channels today, because you’re always keeping track of industry developments.
  • You problem solve with an open mind, and are able to communicate clearly and precisely your thoughts to colleagues and clients alike. You’re able to get others excited about your vision for how you want to grow and improve the business you manage.
  • You’re savvy with numbers. Media and marketing data is our bread and butter; you should be able to assess performance data and bring actionable insight to the table.
  • You’re accountable with an owner’s mindset.


Highly desirable

  • Experience within a large integrated agency network.
  • High-level knowledge of digital analytics, organic strategies and content.
  • Experience with global clients including activation outside of Europe and North America.




  • You’ll help define the direction of our Media and Commerce capability
  • You’ll lead and mentor a team of 40+ cross channel paid media strategist, planners and execution superstars - from graduate level to seasoned directors. You will have four direct reports.
  • Lead training, innovation and thought leadership sessions across teams, highlighting new opportunities for our clients. Oversee best practice and consistent implementation. You will be supported by GroupM Services leadership.
  • You will develop enhanced commerce capabilities within the agency, with a focus on D2C performance activation, paid eRetail and product marketing.
  • Act as a senior point of media and commerce thought leader for some of our larger clients, managing high level conversations around digital and media strategy.
  • Work closely with client leadership team to curate and provide products and services for clients to drive commercial growth.
  • Be a senior leader within our organization; coordinating cross-functional initatives with other capability leads such as Affiliate, Analytics, Tech and Customer Experience, as well as your counterparts within our other offices.
  • Lead hiring and growth within the team; ensuring we have the right mix of people to succeed.
  • Support new business development.
  • Develop strong partnerships with core media partners to exact value for our clients.
