Join the Mindshare team as our new Media Strategist 
Mindshare is looking for an ambitious, proactive, and outgoing Media Strategist who will, from a holistic approach, develop new digital initiatives in the media industry and lead the digital strategy for some of Sweden's most interesting clients and advertisers. And for this specific role you will have a strong focus on one of our largest clients within the FMCG segment. 
To succeed in the role. The Media Strategist is Mindshare’s media planning artisan. With your audience, channel, and digital ecosystem expertise at heart, you design Mindshare clients’ campaigns based on data, set KPI’s, previous learnings and desired outcomes. 
The Media Strategist has a holistic mindset across all media channels and platforms and is well informed of how different media channels and formats deliver on different tasks along the consumer journey. To be able to deliver best-in-class media recommendations for Mindshare’s clients you have all Mindshare Media Managers and Media Executives and Media specialists to help you. 
You are responsible for writing the brief to all specialists to receive the absolute best outcome for our client’s campaigns.

  • You have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, and handle English both in writing and orally.
  • You have a delightful curiosity, a positive and solution-oriented attitude, and a lot of energy.
What experience are we looking for? 
  • You have minimum 4-5 years’ experience in media strategic work, either from the agency, media, or client side.
  • You are well-versed in media and marketing and have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, but also have experience in other media types and the synergies between them.
  • You are structured and accustomed to creatively develop strategic media recommendations.
  • You are a good presenter with high social competence and excellent communication skills.
It is also advantageous if you: 
  • Have a background i.e planning media, marketing and/or advertising.
  • Have an economics degree or equivalent from a university/college.
