To lead Marketing effectiveness for some of our top clients at Mindshare. Helping direct and progress our clients business through marketing effectiveness solutions. Inspiring and directing a talented team to deliver, build and innovate solutions for clients and the agency. This team is fundamental to our agency process and therefore needs to work across a broad range of clients.


Client facing leader in Marketing science, developing and delivering Marketing effectiveness solutions for our key client and the agency. Lead major projects for the client, including econometrics, testing and experimentation, forecasting and R&D into new Analytical solutions for the client and agency. 

Team management

  • Lead the Marketing team and part of Integrated Analytics Leadership team
  • Input into Team strategy and direction for Marketing Science
  • Identification of training and development for team
  • Line Management
  • Manage project pipeline and P&L across teams

 Client Work

  • Lead relationships with key senior clients: e.g. Government, KFC, Unilever, Volvo (clients will vary and depend on the candidate)
  • Lead major projects – delivered by a talented team of Business Directors + Junior analysts
  • Develop analytics relationships across Mindshare clients
  • Oversee writing proposals / pitching for analytics projects to UK clients
  • Work closely with Client Leadership, strategy and planning to deliver the right solutions for our clients


R&D leadership

  • Identify UK agency R&D requirements
  • Work with WW to influence development of global toolkit and land tool use in UK agency


UK Agency Operations

  • Work with Mindshare Worldwide’s Integrated Analytics team to build, deliver and share best in class practices across the network and group
  • Work with WPP and Across Group M to share best practice and collaborate.
  • Lead Analytics contributions to Agency pitches
  • Driving operational improvements across agency – particularly in data and analytics processes



  • Extensive experience in marketing analytics with team management experience
  • Expertise in core areas of marketing analytics (MMM, attribution, brand measurement, testing and experimentation, forecasting, etc.)
  • Clarity of communication with the ability to make the complex simple
  • Excellent data visualization skills and familiarity with common visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and workstreams in parallel
  • Experience building and leading marketing science projects and developing teams
  • Confident at managing and leading senior clients within Analytics


  • Experience with cloud analytics solutions (GCP, AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
  • Master’s degree in STEM fields, business or economics, or qualified by experience.
  • Working knowledge of R, Python, SQL or similar
  • Performance analytics experience
