The Digital Manager assists the Digital Director in managing client relationships on assigned accounts with key responsibility for digital media planning recommendations, creation and implementation, whilst managing all day-to-day client service activity and deliverables. 

Job responsibilities: 

·       Handle all day to day planning/client service activities with the executives 

·       Oversee preparations of media plans and other deliverables and supervise media implementations

·       Be responsible for all digital planning and reporting

·       Work on the plan development, recommendation, rationale and oversee the execution of digital campaigns

·       Brainstorm with the team in order to create new innovative solutions and strategies

·       Deliver recommendations that align with the strategies

·       Track all online activities and make sure that the campaign runs on time and reaches its KPIs

·       Track clients’ activities and budget breakdown and make sure that invoicing takes place accordingly

·       Utilize 3rd party syndicated research resources for market insights

·       Lead the RFP process, by briefing vendors and reviewing proposals

·       Construct and present digital tactical plans to clients

·       Build a strong working relationship with internal teams as well as mentor and train them

Desired Skills and Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree 

·       3+ years of experience 

·       Fluent in English and Arabic

·       Prior experience working in an Interactive Digital environment 

·       Strong leadership and Strategic Thinker 

·       Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills 

·       Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure 

·       Strong negotiating skills and excellent attention to detail 

·       Strong relationship building skills which include maintaining positive client relationships 

·       Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities 

·       Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including math proficiency 

·       Ability to effectively utilize media research and reporting resources 

·       Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
