Job Title - Partnerships Account Executive

Department/Team – Invention

 

Role Objective

The Invention team is a fundamental part of Mindshare’s offering. We are central to Mindshare’s planning function, developing and delivering creative projects across all channels. Our work encompasses everything from straight forward media partnerships through to talent associations, licensing deals and all forms of brand content and experience.

 

  • Pushing the boundaries of creativity and delivering amazing work for our clients
  • Collaborating with partners to create the best solutions which stretch across culture, media and tech
  • Collaborating with the wider agency to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Assisting in negotiating – both traditional and non-traditional media partnerships
  • Project managing the deal through to successful completion
  • Continually looking for inspiration and learning, to inject new ideas into your work and the department

 

About the role

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Enter media bookings and fee invoices on the system in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the financial administration success of each account
  • Utilise and lead the use of the various media systems (DDS/Mintel/ Advantedge/TGI) to analyse and interpret data to inform partnership solutions
  • Assisting in the project management of the delivery of partnerships and activation, often working in collaboration with a number of the client’s other agencies, from approval of a deal to campaign completion and delivery of PCAs
  • Build strong, effective relationships and a close rapport with clients
  • Building excellent media owner relationships and strong relationships with day-to-day contacts
  • Seek and developing new partnership solutions for clients both proactively and in answer to specific briefs
  • Proactive development of account teams’ expertise in all areas of media sponsorships and activation
  • Assisting in the development of new partnerships for clients
  • Developing a good understanding of all aspects of clients’ marketplace and business
  • Observing and learning how to obtain maximum value in all media negotiations
  • Managing and prioritising your workload
  • Collecting, formatting and interpreting data relating to clients such as competitive activity
  • Responsible for the initiating sharing and circulating of inspirational content and ideas throughout the team and agency

 

About you
