Position Overview
Ideal candidate should be able to fully set a full-fledged performance strategy for their clients. They are also expected to have hands on experience in all the platforms and their best practices. The candidate needs to be a numbers-oriented person, and he/she can make the right decisions for their client, will be fully involved in the day-to-day conversation across all clients and help them grow in the digital/performance space. Will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of performance marketing product, creating & delivering performance marketing strategies, campaign reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- To draft paid performance proposals and presentations.
- Manage all digital platforms relationship for accounts under management.
- Develop and manage all components of a paid performance campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, reporting and tracking.
- Work closely in sharing and implementing digital performance best practices and beta with clients and work closely with different platforms on developing the partnership.
- Ensure delivery on performance targets for clients.
- Monitor & measure performance activity, engagement metrics, analyzing results, translating information into learning & strategic recommendations.
- Maintain appropriate high-level Client relationships.
- Build Client respect and be recognized as a leader on their business.
- Work closely with Account Managers to identify and deliver performance marketing requirements.
- Work closely with account lead to deliver on the long-term strategies.
- Work closely with other business units within the organization.
KEY Skills Experience
- 4-5 years Digital all-rounder with proven experience and a strong understanding of multiple digital media channels as well as a passionate following of new/emerging channels & technologies.
- Google Ads and other social platforms like Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and X ads are essential for this role.
- Expert in MMPs with 2+ years of experience in app development and user acquisition
- Proficient in integrating platforms and tech implementations, including pixels, SDKs, and CAPI.
- Familiar with CDPs
- Strong presentation skills and client management experience is required.
- Data-driven and creative to push the envelope on new user acquisition.
- You have a demonstrable interest in ecommerce marketing and the knowledge of other online marketing channels and their interactions with each other.
- Creative thinker and problem solver to come up with solutions.
- Tenacity, resilience, flexibility and judgement to deal with difficult situations.
