Infrastructure Lead ( IT - Poland)

Your tasks will be:

  • Change duties
    • Lead the Poland Transformation Program for infrastructure and end user computing
    • Delivering new services
    • Ensure that infrastructure and end user computing delivery plans are managed and delivered through appropriate governance and sign off.
  • Run duties
    • Taking accountability for escalated support incidents, service requests, problems, changes and projects
    • Participating in regular Poland service reviews
    • Working with Finance and Procurement to manage technology vendor delivery, assurance, billing, etc.
    • Accountable for market continuous improvement plan, including the management of upgrade and refresh cycles.

 Your Skills & Abilities

  • Versatile, “hands-on” and lead by example approach
  • Demonstrate logical and structured approach to solving complex problems
  • Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
  • Solid planning and organizational skills
  • Experience of Outsourcing and shared service models
  • Ability to translate business needs into Infrastructure technology and service requirements
  • Excellent understanding of Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture concepts, products, standards, and best practices
  • Essential: English language.
  • Your Qualifications
  • 5 years’ experience as an infrastructure Engineer or infrastructure Manager within a large, multinational organization
  • Demonstrable experience of providing support to internal customers following ITIL
  • Broad knowledge of relevant technical disciplines: workstations, servers and storage, middleware, capacity and performance management, directory services, messaging & collaboration, unified communications, and end user services
  • Experience with large outsource vendors and contracts
  • Proven effectiveness in driving short-term actions that are consistent with long-term goals.

Your Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience as an infrastructure Engineer or infrastructure Manager within a large, multinational organization
