The Detail:

We are looking for a Programmatic Operations Executive to join our newly formed and growing Programmatic Services team based at the Mediacom North office. The PST offer a cost disclosed GroupM service, giving clients an alternative to traditional programmatic partners focusing on transparency, flexibility and control. Reporting into the Programmatic Operations manager this role will require you to work independently to execute, optimise and deliver great results across our client’s programmatic campaigns.

The Role:

  • Deliver best-in-class programmatic campaign activation across your designated clients.
  • Regularly optimise client campaigns to deliver outstanding results.
  • Regularly produce optimisation and client reports on performance.
  • Ensure programmatic best practice is followed across all campaigns.
  • Input into programmatic plans in response to client briefs.


  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in a programmatic role.
  • A demonstrable track record of set-up and delivery of programmatic campaigns.
  • An in-depth knowledge of major DSP’s, DMP’s, verification and analytics platforms.
  • An excellent understanding of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong working knowledge of programmatic and comfortable working with technology and data to deliver outstanding results for our client’s campaigns. Whilst being a great communicator who can work collaboratively with the digital investment team and develop strong internal relationships in the wider business.
