ROLE OBJECTIVE

          We are recruiting for a 12-month Maternity Cover on Team Rolex Tudor and are looking for an exceptional media planner to join as the Connections Planning Business Director

          You will be working on the Rolex Tudor account in the UK – one of the most luxury advertisers and renown watch brands, so a high level of attention to detail is a must

          Rolex Tudor is a constantly evolving and challenging account, it’s fast paced, and no two days are the same

          The role will enable a Connections Planner to work across a market-leading brand, lead client conversations, assist in the effective creation, development and execution of innovative media solutions across Print, Digital, OOH and AV, while inspiring and challenging the client to achieve their objectives

          Both Rolex Tudor and Mindshare embrace agile, collaborative working, which means you will essentially be an extension on Rolex’s Tudor’s marketing team working closely with the clients on a day-to-day basis – upholding the solid relationship with the client and media partners

          Team Rolex Tudor operate in an open and collaborative manner so being a team player with a can-do attitude is essential. The successful candidate will be a role model and mentor for their team, leading by example and getting involved in all areas of the account

          Please note - this is a hybrid working role. Due to the seniority of the position, you will ideally be in the office a few times a week

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

          Key point of contact for client and agency – you will lead and run the account with the support of the Account Director

          Become the clients trusted adviser, always acting in their interest

          Lead by example and be a team player while motivating and inspiring the team

          Deliver the media strategy across individual campaigns and for the annual strategy with support from Account Director

          Ensure ideas are inspirational, game changing and help our clients achieve their objectives

          Quality control of the output across the team – Response to briefs, reporting, competitive, PCAs etc.

          Upskill all direct reports, developing their knowledge and skills across Print, Digital, OOH and AV

          People management - development of direct reports to exceed their KPI’s

          Manage forecasting, budgeting and finance checks

 

SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS

          Previous luxury experience desired, with a passion for traditional media

          You are an excellent team player as you will be working with people across a broad range of disciplines and experience levels

          You are open-minded, flexible and embracing of agile ways of working

          You show a breadth of understanding across all media channels and can confidently discuss the role these play as part of a comms strategy

          Excellent working knowledge of audience research & planning tools (such as TGI and Touchpoints) is a must

          Show a passion for media as well as an understanding of what makes a great media campaign

          You must have extensive experience leading senior client relationships, managing all agency teams, leading and delivering client projects and tackling challenging conversations

          You demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in every output, as well as a high degree of organisation that leads to successfully managing workflow for self and the team
