The Engagement Team


The world of TV is undergoing a paradigm-shift as traditional, linear TV shifts into the new world of TV powered by technology advances. Content proliferation and ubiquitous data.  In parallel with this shift, the Engagement team is primarily tasked with being the very best sales consultants with a key focus of educating and inspiring both agencies and brands to plan and buy TV differently. 


Members of the team are the first point of contact for agencies or brands, driving advocacy and adoption of Finecast’s Addressable & Performance products.


The right person is going to play a critical role in supporting the Senior Engagement director in driving revenue growth; responsible for accelerating GroupM's regional agencies and brands into the new world of TV.


The Role Objectives


The Senior Engagement Manager is a key member of the Finecast Engagement Team.


The role will report to Jemima Stoppard and will primarily support the UK regional business, working closely with Client Services, Marketing & Operations



Revenue ownership & Commercial Acumen


With support of Senior Directors, ensure that product revenue goals (monthly/quarterly/annually) are achieved across Mediacom Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Edinburgh and Wavemaker North.



  • Work with key implementation stakeholders to ensure that Finecast products are adopted across all relevant clients.
  • Focus on revenue generating activities.
  • Work with client key stakeholders to ensure that Finecast products are adopted where possible.
  • Working with the stakeholders to provide an accurate forecast across all products for the quarterly GroupM submissions.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure bookings align with what can be delivered.
  • Strategic thinking and analysis across agency portfolio.




Educate and inspire clients regarding Addressable TV propositions and products


Encourage inter-agency coordination, engage effectively and driving adoption of Finecast products whilst developing the business into other areas within the agencies e.g. closer coordination with comms planners, heads of insight


Help build and then maintain strong collateral pieces relevant to the group, agencies, and clients by liaising with product team members to understand proposition, product features and KPIs.


Ownership of an internal championship role and responsible for delivery against that, as agreed in annual goals.




Develop points of view to give guidance on core topics like audience, inventory, data sources and measurement.


Support client strategy development, presentations, and pitches as necessary with advice, materials, fresh content and build collateral.


Candidate Requirements


Market Knowledge


Deep knowledge & experience of the UK advertising market. 5+ of Digital / AV Advertising experience required, in order to educate and evangelise to our partners, clients and the wider team. Continual development of your knowledge to ensure you are at the forefront of industry developments.




Polished presentation skills with excellent Communication skills, effectively translating complex ideas into easy to understand, workable solutions; comfortable in speaking to any level of seniority, tailoring your message as appropriate.


Direction & Execution


Best practice generation – significant evidence of having developed and executed on process/workflow/best practice business projects.  Ensure resource allocation across your team is appropriate and will deliver the desired outcome.
