Agency Context:

  • Our clients in Worldwide Activation are split into 4 specialist category hubs, this role will sit within the B2B category hub looking after one of Wavemaker Global’s biggest B2B client, Tiktok for business. The setup of each team is specific to the client’s needs but is largely dependent on the scope of media channels. 

Client Context:

  • TikTok is a rapidly growing account and a key component of the B2B Hub. Our team covers acquisition of new customers within EMEA and Latinoamerica, working closely with our clients to drive excellence and generate revenue. This is a highly dynamic performance account with significant scope for a passionate individual to grow and succeed.

Role Context:

As an Account executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Account manager in the day-to-day execution of all elements of a campaign launch within search channels (Google and Bing). You will develop strong platform knowledge while delivering flawless operations, experimentation, media plans, performance optimisation, reporting & analysis.

You will work closely with other members of the team to deliver client excellency and channel best practices while working towards performance goals to generate revenue for your client.  

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Account Manager on the day-to-day campaign activation, optimization and reporting
  • Campaign set-up and implementation, adhering to Wavemaker’s processes and best practices
  • Daily performance monitoring, budget checks and optimization of campaigns across channels
  • Support on the day-to-day QA process across channels, minimizing errors and ensuring consistent and accurate outcomes
  • Support on the delivery of client reporting of media performance, ensuring timely and insightful, analysis with actionable insights
  • Direct client servicing exposure with regular contact via weekly status and reporting calls
  • Contribute to the creation of documents required for internal and client meetings 

The Candidate:

  • Experience in digital media, ideally from an agency side background preferred
  • Hands on paid search
  • All academic backgrounds will be considered
  • Professional digital media/advertising qualifications will be of an advantage
  • Any digital media experience e.g freelance, personal projects etc. will also be of interest
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • A pro-active attitude to learn new things and be positive about taking on new challenges
