Senior Campaign Manager (Biddable)

  • Setup campaigns in Search / Social / Programmatic environments following media plan requirements;
  • Optimization of campaigns across channels and across delivery systems and inventories to ensure they meet the performance expectations committed to clients;
  • Act as internal gate-keeper to what campaigns are permitted to run (especially for programmatic campaigns, but also biddable campaigns in the context of GDPR);
  • Monitoring of campaign progress as agreed with planners;
  • Formulating requirements for tracking (including generation of scripts and verification of script implementation on client websites);
  • Reporting on campaign performance and KPIs;
  • Financial reporting using agency CSS.


Education, skills and behaviours

  • Native Romanian;
  • 3+ year of experience on a similar role;
  • Ideally educated in a business, numerical or analytical degree (e.g. informatics, economics, mathematics, statistics or engineering);
  • Numerate and analytical;
  • Details oriented;
  • Excellent written & verbal English language skills/grammar;
  • Demonstrable strong planning & implementation skills;
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc (required);
  • Strong knowledge of bid management tools (preferred but not required) is a plus;
  • Strong knowledge of competitive insights tools (preferred but not required) is a plus;
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is a plus;
  • Ability to identify & deal with potential areas of conflict;
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure;
