Job Description:  
 
We are seeking a passionate and analytically-minded Entry-Level Media Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of media plans under the guidance of experienced media professionals. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in media planning and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.  
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Assist in the research, planning, and execution of media campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, broadcast, and outdoor.
  • Support the media planning team with data analysis and performance reporting to optimise campaigns and ensure client objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to media strategies.
  • Help manage media budgets and ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliation of media spend.
  • Stay up-to-date with media trends, consumer behaviour, and advancements in technology to contribute to innovative media solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing clear and concise communication of media plans and strategies.
  • Utilise media planning tools and software to aid in the planning process and to provide accurate data insights.
Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive and eager learner with a passion for the media industry.
