Overview

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized E2E Charter Partnerships Associate Director to join our team at EssenceMediacom to join the Coca-Cola team.

 

About the role/Team

This E2E Charter Partnerships Associate Director role is the link between our Global Investment specialists and TCCC E2E Charters, working to define and deliver cross-channel, best-in-class partnership opportunities for one of EssenceMediacom’s biggest clients, The Coca-Cola Company.   While the role sits within the Global Client team, it will mean working with senior leads across the Investment team to maximise and leverage value and benefits from JBPs.

 

Ojbectives of the Role

The primary role of the E2E Charter Partnerships Associate Director is to lead and manage the role of Media Partnerships within Global and Regional Partnerships on behalf of our client, The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC).  This role will work in tandem with E2E Strategy leads and our OpenX Charter Squads, along with the EssenceMediacom Investment team, to ensure we leverage Media Partnerships to drive TCCC business growth.

 

The Associate Director will work closely with TCCC Category leaders and the E2E Strategy community to identify and develop opportunities with media partners, to work with the client to shape them and then work to deliver these throughout the year.  Cooperation and coordination with local and regional market teams will be central to this, to ensure a consistent approach and successful execution of the negotiated and defined value benefits.

 

This role will require high levels of coordination and organization as it will involve the management of a complex client and agency structure, working with WPP partners within OpenX and with the EssenceMediacom network across nine regional hubs and many local offices.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility and Accountability

 

1 Strategic and Leadership Skills

  • Work collaboratively with EssenceMediacom departments e.g., Global Investment and Creative Systems, to deliver innovative and media-first Partnership opportunities
  • Serve as global partnership lead for Category and E2E teams, working to identify, create, and deliver strong, best-in-class partnerships
  • Develop a strong knowledge of TCCC brands and working closely with cross channel Global partners, to ensure first-mover opportunities are leveraged for clients
  • Support in the deployment and monitoring of Global and Regional Partnerships to ensure objectives are met and value is maximised.

 

2.  Client Account Management

  • Demonstrate an ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, global media vendors and internal strategy teams, to drive collaboration and best-in-class delivery
  • Develop and sell partnerships persuasively and with confidence, passion and enthusiasm to both clients and internal stakeholders

 

3.  Operating and Technical Requirements

  • Develop a full understanding of in all areas of our JBP relationships as these will be the most frequently used (though not only) partners working with us on Global and Regional Charters.
  • Deliver best-in-class campaigns ensuring client value, innovation, and excellence are delivered
  • Actively work with regional and local leads and clients to deploy in markets, enrolling into partnerships and adapting as needed
  • Develop partnerships consistent with the Media Transformation roadmap.
  • Partner with global capabilities leads such as Global Digital Lead and Global Measurement Lead to ensure best practice to approach execution, brand safety, measurement, and reporting.
  • Build out case studies of the best campaigns and initiatives, to be socialized within local and regional teams, as well as with the client directly
  • Actively scout for new opportunities bespoke to this client
  • Manage briefing with key partners specific to new Charters

 

4.   People/Team Management

  • Develop relationships with both clients as well as internally at EssenceMediacom and within OpenX
