Overview of the role & Responsibilities:  
Mindshare is seeking a Senior Media Executive to support in building digital plans and account management for different digital platforms. This role includes planning and service for different media formats including banner, video, paid social, and SEM. 
Reports to: Digital Director Mindshare Qatar 
Job responsibilities:  
  • Support planning for programmatic, social, SEM and direct Digital buys for key client
  • Monitor performance of client’s campaigns and provide recommend optimization opportunities to internal and external media partners
  • Work closely with digital manager and director to manage campaigns’ budget and build right trackers to report accordingly
  • With the support of different team members, build post campaign reports in timely manner that provide insightful actions for future references
  • Ensure accuracy of booking orders in MindShare’s internal systems by running proper QA’s before orders are sent to vendors
  • Ensure that campaigns are setup properly in the platforms by working closely with the extended Digital Activation teams
  • Oversee trafficking and site tagging and ensure all floodlights are working properly
  • Review all materials received from the creative agency and ensure accuracy before setting up campaigns
  • Responsible to make sure that data is provided accurately in client’s dashboard as needed
  • Collaborate with senior team members on the account to identify the right digital strategy for different campaigns
Skills & Experience Requirements 
  • Passionate about digital media and eager to learn and develop in this field
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills, problem solver that seeks for innovative approaches
  • Strong team player who is willing to collaborate and push to deliver outstanding results
  • 2+ years of experience in a media agency working on digital accounts
  • Strong knowledge in various digital platforms including Meta, Snapchat, DV360, TikTok, Google Search, Strong knowledge in different third-party ad servers
