Description

Media Tracking / Analytics governance & coordination

 

  • Act as liaison with CHANEL Digital Media & IT teams, PLUS Digital Media team, and Ad Servers/ Tech partners / Publishers to understand tagging requirements and ensure relevant implementation
  • Coordinate & implement relevant data & tracking solutions i.e. adserving (Sizmek, Doubleclick), ad verification (Brand safety, viewability, fraud : Integral Ad Science), analytics (Google Analytics …) and digital research Tools (Nielsen DAR…) to measure campaign performance, budget, quality and produce actionable insights
  • Ensure consistent application of process for scheduling, production and implementation of online advertising campaigns
  • Interface and support for Tag Management System (GTM), URL builder and interplay with web analytics programs – Google Analytics
  • Provide governance for Media Tag Management (structure, naming conventions, pixel conversion, implementation) & implementation (e.g. creation and execution of HTML tags for Sizmek)
  • Lead set-up & analysis on Measurement pilot projects (eg. Attribution Modeling test for eCommerce Beauty, Drive to Store activities…)

 

Measurement / KPI & Data governance

 

  • Key member of the digital team for PLUS working closely with Social, and Display teams to understand and manage KPI, data & tracking needs & requirements
  • Contribute to KPI framework and governance
  • Assist in development of global dashboards (Datorama, Tableau) and project management of reporting capabilities
  • Consulting on Design and infrastructure building for data management / Assistance on APIs connections
  • Supervision of data media analyst in charge of Investment & Competitive data maintenance & delivery quality
