Choreograph is the global data and technology business unit in GroupM. It unifies the data, analytics, technology consulting, and technology expertise across the GroupM network in a dedicated unit that enhances data and analytics services and deploy best-in-class media planning, activation, and measurement tool and methodologies.  
 
We are looking for a Data Ananlyst to join our Measurement team, composed by 22 Consultants. The team is young, talented, and dynamic.
The candidate will work closely with both internal WPP/GroupM Agencies and external clients on business with the aim to provide strategic and tactical insight in order to optimize marketing investments and maximize ROI.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Measure and analyze impact of marketing activities on client business goals
  • Analyze different type of metrics like business data, macro-economic dynamics, web analytics, media and marketing investments, promotion, call center data and other relevant factors
  • Develop Marketing Mix Models, Regression Based Attribution Models, Multi-touch Attribution and other analytical solutions to provide data driven recommendation supporting media investment allocation and planning
  • Evaluate different Marketing and Media Scenarios, forecasting business results and supporting marketing strategy
  • Manage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to lead the whole analysis process, from data collection up to final presentation and discussion with the client
  • Design and develop performance reports, defining the Key metrics & actionable insight

  • A curious and data-oriented mindset, with economic-mathematic-statistic background
  • Strong analytical skills set and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong interest for the interpretation of business data
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficient
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Have a strong orientation toward team working, collaboration and support of colleagues, while always maintaining a positive approach
  • 3+ years of working experience
The knowledge of the following will be considered as a plus: 
  • Previous experience with Marketing Mix Modeling/Econometric Modeling
  • BI tools like PowerBI, Data Studio, Tableau, QlikView
  • Python/R/Sql/Google Cloud Platform/Scripting Skills
  • Previous experience in a Consulting/Analytic Roles

WPP Campus in Milan (plus the option for hybrid working).
