We are looking for a skilled and experienced Print & Out Of Home (OOH) media planner to join our team as a Print & Outdoor Senior Specialist to lead the way in planning and executing OOH campaigns. What You’ll Do 📝
As a Print & Outdoor Senior Specialist, you will:
- Plan and Execute Campaigns: Take ownership of client accounts by planning and executing Print & OOH campaigns that meet client objectives
- Client Communication & Guidance: Communicate with internal client teams or clients directly to understand their objectives, providing strategic guidance on media selection and presenting rationale to media selection and create campaign reports
- Educate and Inspire the Team: Act as a thought leader within the team, sharing knowledge on how technology can transform advertising and training others to adopt these innovations
- Provide Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align campaign strategies with broader marketing goals, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with advancements in media and technology to ensure our media strategies remain at the forefront of the industry
- Incorporate AI into Marketing: Identify opportunities to use AI tools and techniques to improve campaign effectiveness, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making
Who You Are 💎
You might be the person we’re looking for if you tick most of these boxes:
- Have preferably 5+ years of experience in Print & OOH media planning and execution
- Understand the fundamentals of Print & OOH media but also have a vision for how technology is reshaping the industry
- Possess strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect client objectives with actionable media strategies
- Have experience working with AI tools and platforms and understand how they can be applied to improve marketing processes and outcomes
- Are a collaborative team player who enjoys educating and inspiring others to embrace new ways of working
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver projects within scope. Strong self-managements skills including precision and accountability.
- Possess strong strategic thinking skills and can connect client objectives with actionable, innovative media strategies
- Have an analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive to continuously improve
- Have fluent oral and written Finnish and English language skills
- You are familiar with the systems used in agencies for planning and buying Print & OOH media.
