Technology Transformation Lead

About the role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technology expert to join our transformation team to unlock growth opportunities within and extensive client portfolio within the tech solutions space. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and enhancement of our innovative software solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

 

Responsibilities:
 

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our SaaS platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and robust software solutions, considering architectural best practices and business requirements.
• Cloud Engineering: Utilize AWS and other cloud platforms to deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure for our applications, ensuring security, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• AI Integration: Implement AI and machine learning technologies to enhance our products' capabilities, leveraging Python and other relevant tools and frameworks.
• Database Management: Develop and optimize SQL queries, manage databases, and utilize BigQuery for data analysis and insights generation.
• GCP Expertise: Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and tools to build and deploy scalable and innovative solutions.
• Product Design and Build: Contribute to product design discussions, translate requirements into technical specifications, and lead the implementation of new features and functionalities.
• App Build: Develop, design and consult on mobile and web applications, ensuring compatibility, responsiveness, and high performance across various platforms and devices.

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in client facing technical consultancy/sales.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer/Engineer, with a focus on SaaS development and solution architecture.
• Strong proficiency in AWS and other cloud services, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in AI and machine learning concepts, with practical experience in implementing AI solutions using Python.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management, preferably with exposure to BigQuery.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to product design, build, and deployment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
